Blocks 14 and 15 Date Types with corresponding Qualifier Code

New HCFA 1500 Blocks 14 and 15 options are available in the Payer Setup to accommodate date types & qualifiers required by specific payers.

To access the payer setup and select the appropriate payer, see illustration below:

Select [Billing] to access the billing options page. Options for Blocks 14 and 15 are located in the HCFA-1500 fields section as
as illustrated below.
