Click On Reports. Click on Patient. Click on Patient Inactivity Report. Select the date range on the calendar. Select Sort By Entry date or Service Date. Select Physician or All Select Location or All Select Facility or All Select Carrier All, Self Pay Group or Single Select Carrier Group Select ICD Search All or Range Select Procedure All or Range Select Output To Report Labels If using Label Select Type i.e. (5160) Generate Report
