Using 12 Diagnosis Codes on Medical Claims

User interface changes will appear in the Patient Information Screen under "Other Patient Information" as illustrated below:
Charge Entry
- On service entry tab of Charge Entry screen, Diagnosis section now shows 12 diagnoses fields labeled A-L.
- On Add Service Line section, Diagnosis Pointers DX1-DX4 drop down lists now show up to 12 options labeled A-L.
- On Claim Information screen, Diagnosis information section now shows up to 12 diagnosis fields labeled A-L.
- On selections to print HCFA, it the system will display the version.
- View of HCFA ready to Print.
