Dear Valued DuxWare Customer,


The team, at DuxWare, hopes that you and your staff are doing well through this time of concern over the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are closely monitoring developments regarding the virus and steps for preventing the spread through health authorities on a daily basis to ensure that our employees are healthy and able to support our valued DuxWare clients. Our team is available when you need us!

DuxWare will remain open during this challenging time and our Business Continuity Plans (BCP) have been tested and are working without any interruptions in service or support. Our BCP includes a work-from-home policy whereby our employees have full and secure access to their office computers, VOIP telephone systems and fax services directly from their home or other remote locations. Our employees are fully able to conduct their day-to-day jobs from their remote locations until we are able to return to our office. The statements below are some of the ways we will continue our business operations remotely:

  • Our secure HIPAA compliant datacenter remains fully functional and secure so your access to DuxWare will continue to be available 24/7 from your office or remote sites.
  • Our employees will be in constant communications with each other should they need to address any request from our clients.
  • Strict access to all PHI will remain as defined in our internal policies and standards from a remote location as it is in our physical office.
  • Employees will be connected to their office PC with secure multi-layer encryption technology that will protect data flowing between their remote site and the servers at our offices.
  • Once spread of the virus has been contained, our employees will return to our office and continue working with our valued clients.


Our employees and our customers are our top priority, and we are fully committed to be a responsible employer while continuing to be a trusted partner with our customers. We share the concerns held by everyone throughout the US and will continue to do our part to help curb the spread of the virus through our community by taking steps such as these. We look forward to returning to normal business practices in our office but are committed to keep our BCP in place as long as necessary.
