DuxWare Updates: Instructions for Performing Shift + Refresh

There are instances when DuxWare sends an update to an area of the software, and the user may be prompted to refresh their browser for the area of DuxWare that they are working. When prompted to perform a shift-refresh, it is important to comply with the request to ensure that you the latest updates to your software are applied. Below is an illustration:
