Patient Search
To find a patient
You can find a patient by Last name,First Name,Social Security, Number, Phone Number, Account Number, Date of Birth, Claim Number, Chart Number and Policy Number
Once you have typed in the way you would like to search mark the bubble and click on search.
This will bring up the list of patient that meets the criteria you are searching for. You may now click on the patient you are searching for.
This will open the patient information screen. If the patient you are searching for is not here. You may now add them.
Usage
Enter the search terms in the Text Box.
Select the search type using the radio buttons.
Select Show Deleted as appropriate.
Click Search.
Search Results
Click on a patient in the list to goto the Patient View.
