to print patient statements Go to Patient click on statement Fill in the blocks then click on Generate statement This will print a statement for this patient

To Batch Print Statements Click on Reports then collections and pick patient statements fill in criteria and then print statement list this will give you a list of everyone that is going to get a statement review list and make any changes then repeat the above and click on generate statements. if you are printing statement in your office make sure to have regular paper in the printer if you are sending statement to an outside company to print you must click output statement to file so that you can send file.
