Collections Manager Update - Move To Collections

There have been new features added to the Collection Manager. Our Practice Management users will be able to:

Move accounts to Collections in a batch or individually while simultaneously:

• Changing the Bill code
• Adding filing status to your Collection Agency (puts claim(s) on file to the Collection Agency), and
• Writing off the balance (Management has the ability to configure this feature based the office policy for handling of claims in collections)

Moving a patient account into collections can be done in two methods:

• Collections Manager >Move To Collections (Batch)
• Patient Account/Patient Information Screen >Collections (Individual)
