Claims
- Update: NDC Unit Measure missing
- Fixed an issue causing the Incoming DFT claims to not pull the NDC field Unit of Measure field from the associated CPT.
Incoming Claim Manager: (Claims tab>Pending Claim Search)
We have enhanced the incoming claim header module to task creation/tracking capabilities. Now, claims requiring further action are highlighted with a yellow background for easy identification. Additionally, a dedicated sub grid tab has been introduced to display all pending tasks, complemented by a convenient button for quick task creation directly within the incoming header.
- Our task list is an integral part of managing workflows within the system and has been extended to handle incoming header tasks as well. It ensures that tasks are visible only to relevant team members and provides administrative oversight.
- Task List Visibility
- Assigned Users: Only users who are assigned to a specific task list will have visibility of the associated items within the incoming header. This targeted approach streamlines the workflow and keeps the focus on relevant tasks.
- Admin Users: Users with administrative privileges have the capability to view all tasks across all lists. This allows for comprehensive oversight and management of the entire task ecosystem.
- Features
- Task Assignment: Tasks are assigned to users with the generic control setup on the task list manager. This allows both users and user groups to be assigned, ensuring that each task is directed to the appropriate team member.
- Incoming Claim Header Highlighting: Claims with unfinished tasks are highlighted with a subtle yellow background. This visual cue indicates that the claim requires attention, aiding in prioritization and efficiency.
- Sub grid Tab for Open Tasks: A new sub grid tab within the incoming header module lists all open tasks, providing a centralized view of outstanding items.
- Quick Task Creation: A new button has been added for quick task creation within the incoming header (Claims tab>Pending Claim Search), enhancing user productivity and facilitating immediate action on claims.

To access this report, go to: Reports tab>Daily>Daily Posting Report.
- Enhancements to the Daily Insurance Posting Report:
- Added patient payments to the report and renamed it Daily Posting Report.
- Modified the summary section to include one section for insurance payments (Insurance Summary), and another section for patient payments (Patient Summary).
- Modified the details section to include patient payments.
- Modified the report to include unapplied payments.
- Added the option to display the report summaries by day and provider.
- Added the option to display the report summaries by day and location.
- Added the option to display the report summaries by day only.
Merchant Services
Configuration Panel – Enhanced the merchant configuration setup interface with a new information dialog that presents a comprehensive table detailing the features available for each type of merchant account.
