User Add/Edit
Features
- Non-duplicate User ID Verification
- Password Length and Strength Minimum Requirements
All users are required to have a User ID, Password (verified and one that meets security settings), a Security Level, First and Last Name.
A User cannot modify a User with a higher Security Level.
Things to do here:
- Changing a Users Security Level
- User can be allowed/denied permission to mark records as deleted
- User can be restricted by a User Group
- User can be linked to a Provider for DuxWare Mobile
User Setup: New and Updated Features
- Any 3 letter or less password has been forced to expire.
- User E-mail is now a required field.
- All Users can change their own password.
- Ability to set User Management to a level below 5.
- New System Permission that allows a user to modify other users (reset passwords, etc)
- Contact Customer Support if you would like assistance with this option.
- Disable User after X login attempts
- X is specified by System Configuration - Contact Customer Support to change number of login attemtps
- Value is currently set to 10
