Collections Manager Update
There have been new features added to the Collection Manager. Our Practice Management users will be able to:
Move accounts to Collections in a batch or individually while simultaneously:
- Changing the Bill code
- Adding filing status to your Collection Agency (puts claim(s) on file to the Collection Agency), and
- Writing off the balance (Management has the ability to configure this feature based the office policy for handling of claims in collections)
Moving a patient account into collections can be done in two methods:
- Collections Manager >Move To Collections (Batch)
- Patient Account/Patient Information Screen >Collections (Individual)
