Currently the Medicaid Secondary prints in HCFA 1500 Block 9(a)as well as appear in Loop 2330B in the electronic submission file
of the secondary claim. It is currently located under the Electronic Claims Options in the Payer Setup on the Billing Options screen.

The Medicaid Secondary Payer ID is also known as the TPL (Third Party Liability) number of the primary plan.
