DuxWare - Inclement Weather Notice - Winter Storm Warning Feb. 15-16, 2021

We have been closely monitoring the development of the impending winter storm that is to impact our area with power outages.

In consideration for and safety of our staff, we will temporarily be working off site until the storm has passed, and it is deemed safe to travel into the office. However, your Practice Management Support Team will be available during normal business hours 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CDT for as long as staff have access to electricity and internet. If we experience a power outage, and you are unable to reach us via our phone system, please send your request for support via email to: support@duxware.com. Please include the name of your practice, and the most reliable phone number to reach you. Our e-mail is continuously monitored during normal business hours, and we will do our best to provide as quick of a response as possible.
