DuxWare - Inclement Weather Notice due to Tropical Storm Sally September 14, 2020

We have been closely monitoring the development and path of Tropical Storm Sally as it entered the Gulf of Mexico. The storm is expected to make landfall as a category 1 hurricane at around 1:00 a.m. Tuesday.

In consideration for the safety of our staff, we will temporarily close our office at noon today. We will be closed until the storm has passed, and it is deemed safe to travel into the office or back to our homes. However, your Practice Management Support Team will be available as soon as it is safe to do so. If we experience a power outage and you are unable to reach us via our phone system, please send your request for support via email to: support@duxware.com. Please include the name of your practice, and the most reliable phone number to reach you. Our e-mail is continuously monitored during normal business hours, and we will do our best to provide as quick of a response as possible.
