To our valued customers,

We apologize for the inconvenience of your loss of connectivity to your databases this morning. Access was not accessible between 8:00 am and 9:00 am CST. The issue occurred during a routine maintenance task which temporarily affected client access to their databases. There was no data loss during this time. Please be assured that we will make every effort to prevent this type of occurrence in the future.
