To run this report
Click on reports Click on collections Click on statement history
Click on the calender to pick the dates you are searching for. Click on the physician you can run it by physician or all. Click on location you can run by each location or all. Click on user it can be run by individual user or all. Click on type it can be run by all, batch, or single. Generate report
