Superbills, also known as Encounter Forms, are customized for your practice.
There are three areas to access and produce a Superbill for a patient:
- Patient Information Screen
- Right-click menu on a patient's appointment
- Superbills by Appointment under the Appointments tab (Appointments>Printing>Superbills by Appointment)
To reconcile Superbills that were created against patient accounts, go to: Reports>Daily>Superbill Recap.
Please note that if a Superbill was created against a patient account, but the patient did not receive services, the Superbill should be voided.
