DuxWare - Inclement Weather Notice due to Tropical Storm Marco and Hurricane Laura August 24, 2020

We have been closely monitoring the development and path of Tropical Storm Marco and Hurricane Laura as they entered the Gulf of Mexico. These two storms are projected to make landfall this week within 48 hours of each other with TS Marco's projected landfall at around 7:00 p.m. Monday.

In consideration for and safety of our staff, we will temporarily be working off site until the storm has passed, and it is deemed safe to travel into the office or back to our homes. However, your Practice Management Support Team will be available during normal business hours 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CDT. If we experience a power outage and you are unable to reach us via our phone system, please send your request for support via email to: support@duxware.com. Please include the name of your practice, and the most reliable phone number to reach you. Our e-mail is continuously monitored during normal business hours, and we will do our best to provide as quick of a response as possible.
