UB04 Block 38 - Responsible Party

UB04 form Print - Block 38 - System Configuration Option.

There is a new system configuration option for Block 38. Currently, the system defaults to the responsible party as listed on the
patient's account. If the practice administrator wishes to change UB04 Block 38 to default to the Payer's name/address,
this configuration is located under the Support Tab/Management as illustrated below. If you feel uncomfortable accessing this
area of DuxWare, Support Staff will be glad to assist you.
